For online conferences we like to have a backup copy of your slide presentation in case your presenter has bandwidth or other technical issues. In the event that your presenter is unable to stream both audio and video, one of the conference facilitators will be able to display your slides whiles your presenter speaks.

PDF is the most platform-independent compressed data format. Whatever technology you use to produce your slides you should be able to save them in PDF form.

Submit your file to the conference organizers by the deadline (available on the Instructions for Authors page for the conference.) The file name should include both the presenter’s name and the day and time of the presentation in this format: DAY_TIME_Name.pdf. For example, SUN_0915_smith.pdf.
